at the time of delivery and before signing the Proof of Delivery.
- If your item is damaged, write “Damaged upon arrival” on the delivery slip and refuse the shipment. Once confirmed, we will file a claim and send you a replacement.
- If you accept delivery of an item with visible damage, you will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier.
- If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us and provide photos within 3 business days of receipt.
- For deliveries that do not require a signature, inspect your items immediately. If damage is found, contact us within 24 hours.
⚠️ Furniture Miami is not responsible for damage caused by third-party shippers.
⚠️ For curbside deliveries, the customer is responsible for unpacking and moving furniture inside the home.
Receiving Your Order- Please keep your scheduled delivery appointment. If the carrier cannot reach you, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Important: Before signing, carefully inspect all boxes for signs of damage (tears, dents, holes, missing straps, etc.). Note any issues directly on the form. Example: “Box received with visible damage.”
- Take photos and send them to us immediately. If damages appear significant, please refuse the shipment in full.
Return PolicyWe take pride in our quality and strive for

- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been used or altered cannot be returned.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the package and using a trackable service.
- Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during return shipping or for returns that never arrive at our facility.
Cancellations- Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee, even if the order has not yet shipped.
- If the order has already shipped, the buyer is also responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used for payment.
